Presenter Registration
I want to register as a presenter
There are a limited number of testimonial slots for each of the listening sessions. Slots are available in each speaking category (childhood, adulthood, aging, support network) and they will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
Note: ADD reserves the right to ensure that there is a balanced opportunity for individuals with developmental disabilities and their families to present.
To provide a testimonial in person, please submit a request through the registration process. You will receive an acknowledgement of registration receipt. If you are selected to provide testimony, a confirmation email will detail your testimony time and provide further instructions for the day.
Individuals providing testimony at one of the regional events are asked to
- Limit testimony to a 3 minute testimony (each testimony will be moderated to 3 minutes);
- Select one question for testimony;
- Provide a summary of your testimony; and
- Submit a written testimonial online so that ADD and summit participants can have a complete record of all testimonials.
Note: You will have the option of uploading a file with your text. Please have this file ready when you register.
Listener Registration
I want to register as a listener
Limited seating is available at each event. Seating precedence is given to presenters. Therefore at the time you register, you will receive an email acknowledging your request for registration and you will be wait-listed for the event. A separate email will inform you if you have been selected to attend the event.
